- Description
- The National Park Service has a requirement for the preparation of a Collection Storage Plan for the multi-park collections storage facility based at Lyndon B. Johnson National Historic Park (LYJO). The NAIC is 712110. The solicitation will be available on or about June 19, 2012 with a closing date for quotes due by July 10, 2012 at 4:00 pm MST. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation are applicable to this acquisition. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The government award will be based on best value. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR registration is www.ccr.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
