Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach FL intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Nelco Construction, Inc. 403 West Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33603 to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision and all other items and services necessary to perform the duct cleaning for the 2nd floor operating room areas. This is a notice of intent for Sole Source procurement under Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1) and Public Law 108-183. The associated NAICS Code is 238220. This is a Notice of Intent and is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than noon, June 22, 2012 and all responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
