- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3H3G32150A001 - Repair Building 304 Substation Wiring Defects is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for 30 calendar days after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The business size standard is $14,000,000.00. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Correct Electrical Wiring Defects in Substation located in Bldg 304 QTY 1 LS **A SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED ON WEDNESDAY, 20 JUNE 2012 AT 10:00 AM.
