- FLIGHT DATA TRANSMITTER AIR LAUNCH CRUISE MISSLE TEST CONSOLE CAPABILITY SURVEY This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirement to replace the current ALCM Test Console and Equipment that tests the Flight Data Transmitter. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirement to replace the current ALCM Test Console and Equipment P/N 213947-301. The ALCM Test Console and Equipment is listed in T.O.5A18-17-3. The ALCM Test Console and Equipment is used to test the Flight Data Transmitter NSN 1420-01-361-0713GF P/N 50210-307. Specifications for the Flight Data Transmitter are found in drawing numbers 232-12166 (Guided Missile Flight Data Transmitter Depot Test Requirements) and 232-11709-1 (Sensor, Rate and Acceleration). Source may also be required to re-host the current Flight Data Transmitter Test Program Set (TPS) from the current ALCM Test Console to the new replacement automatic test set. Quantity to be procured is 1 to 2, 12-18 month ARO, there is no history on previous procurement. INTERESTED SOURCES SHOULD RESPOND IAW THE ATTACHED CAPABILITY SURVEY INSTRUCTIONS.
