- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-12-Q-0062 Contractor is to provide the items listed below. This is a brand name requirement. Renewal of support, Not renewing this software would affect the DLIS-L mission If it failed. Software support allows for patchers and upgrades, greatly reducing the chance for failure. Purchasing another manufacturers software would not be cost effective. Only BEA or their authorized business partners can provide this service. If a BEA partner, please provide proof that you are authorized to perform the services in the item list below. Inability to provide proof will render that offer technically unacceptable.
