Description
This Modification to the Special Notice for Draft Solicitation (m-FoCS) is to extend the Closing Date for this posting to 6 July 2012. As previously stated, the Government only responded to Questions that were received before 11 May 2012 and will not respond to any questions received after this date. Questions and Answers for the Draft Solicitation have been provided as a Microsoft Word Document titled "mFoCSQuestions_Answers" which can be accessed by clicking the link 'See Draft Solicitation' under the All Files section in the top right. The Government will not extend the date for this Draft Solicitation past 6 July 2012 and recommends that interested vendors save the attached information before this date is reached. These questions and answers have been released for information purposes only, for the Government's and Industry's preliminary guidance. The Government reserves the right to amend its responses and requirements before the Request for Proposals (RFP) is posted. The Government's final requirements will be contained in the posted RFP (i.e., solicitation number W15P7T-12-R-0001). The Government posted a Technical Data Package (TDP) on 11 June 2012. The TDP can be accessed under "m-FoCS References". Vendors must create a log in to request access to the TDP. In order to obtain approval, the Government will require a submission of form DD 2345 and will provide a Non-Disclosure agreement (NDA) to be signed and returned. Vendors will be notified of their respective rejection/approval for access. Vendor access instructions are available at the following link: https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=getstart&mode=list&tab=list&tabmode=list&static=guides
