- Description
- Provide a wide range of program and acquisition support services for the LOGCAP program office. Services include logistics and planning expertise, training and exercise events, financial and technical recommendations, price analyses of cost estimates, and task execution in support of six Geographic Combatant Commands, deployed Deputy Program Directors in Kuwait and Afghanistan, and Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq. Requirement includes program management operations, acquisition support, liaison staff, and DPD events. Services will be performed within the Continental United States (CONUS) or Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). Non-personal services focus on supporting LOGCAP capabilities and/or resources for Department of the Army, Department of Defense components, U.S. Federal Government Inter-Agency requirements, and non-Governmental and coalition forces LOGCAP requirements when approved by the Army. Solicitation is for a 6-month Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract, sole-source to Serco, Inc. beginning 16 Aug 2012 to 15 Feb 2013.
