- BPD-SIG-12-CI-0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation BPD-SIG-12-CI-0001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) is soliciting proposals for a medical contractor to provide medical services to the special agent applicant pool and incumbent population in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance is Date of Award - 12 consecutive months, with two one-year option periods. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (FEB 2012), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Addenda to this provision are attached. Offerors are to include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items (FEB 2012), with their offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (FEB 2012) applies to this acquisition; Addenda to 52.212-4 are attached.
