- The U. S. Government seeks to lease approximately 2,622 rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,280 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet and must be available for occupancy by 10/01/2013 and be located in the following delineated area in Owensboro, KY: North: U. S. Route 60 South: U. S. Highway 60 Bypass East: Hathaway Street to Breckenridge Avenue to U. S. Highway 60 West: U. S. Highway 60 Bypass to U. S. Highway 60 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The Lessor will provide all utilities, janitorial service, snow removal, lawn care, maintenance services, tenant alterations, and ample off-street parking as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act accessibility standards. Please ensure that expressions of interest include the following information: - Building name, address, location, and available space within the building. - Rentable square feet available. - Date space will be available. - Building Ownership information. - Written evidence of authorization to represent the building ownership. - Amount of parking available on-site. - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. - List of building services provided.
