Description
Amendment No.1 (A001) Question and Answers (Q&A) The following questions based on the sections listed followed by the question: F1- Periodic travel to USTDA Office & other designated regions when required is understood. However, will the contractor work at his/her own location? Answer: in the solicitation in section F.1 Place of Performance it states that "Performance of this contract shall be on-site at USTDA's Office 1000 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1600, Arlington, VA 22209-3901 when necessary, at other locations in the United States, or in the designated Region." Do reports need to be bound as hard copies and sent to USTDA Contracting Office? Will electronic, PDF files suffice as the format for the reports? Answer: Reports will need to be provided in both hard copies and electronic copies. Whether or not the report is bound will depend on the specific report being submitted and will be determined at the time of submission. H6- Price of services does not include taxes if Form 1099 is provided to the contractor, correct? If this form is issued the contractor will be responsible for paying their own taxes. Contractor will be responsible for paying their on taxes. Answer: Correct, taxes are not included and is the responsibility of the contractor to pay their own taxes. H.7.2- How long before and Interim Secret Level Clearance can be received? It varies depending on individual life experience but 6 weeks is the norm.
