- Questions and Answers - Third Round. Answers are in response to Tactical Power Supplies PP-6224D/U and PP-2953E/U Market Survey 5281-1 posted on 25 May 2012. Question - Is it possible to obtain the price history and quantity of deliveries of for the previous contract for the PP-6224D/U and PP-2953E/U power supplies for the subject Market Survey? Answer - Dates of awards, amounts of awards, and basic contract information for old or previously awarded contracts can be located through http://usaspending.gov/. The requester can type the contract number into the "Search" box on the home page and most of the requested information will be available. The contract number should be entered without hyphens. The PP-6224C/U and PP-2953D/U were procured under contract W15P7T04DC021.The website will not provide a copy of the contract, but will provide some basic information about the contract. Moreover, a Freedom of Information Act, (FOIA), request can be submitted. Please note that depending on the backlog, this process could take more than 30 days and there is a charge for the requested information. If your company is interested in submitting a FOIA Request, please send your request to usarmy.apg.cecom.mbx.foia@mail.mil. All commercials requesters are charged a fee of either $75.00 or $44.00 per hour for search, review, and duplication services. The amount of the fee depends on the General Schedule (GS) Grade Scale of the person doing the review. Requesters must state their willingness to pay and the amount they are willing to pay up to. Requestors should provide as much information as possible, i.e. contract number and exactly what type of information they are seeking.
