Description

Amendment 4-DRAFT PBSOW REV. 1 Amendment 4-Questions and Answers Document Amendment 4- Response date/time revised from 15-June-2012 2:00PM EST to 22-June-2012 2:00PM EST. The Government Response to Industry Questions is provided. Please see attached Question and Answer document for further information. Additionally, the Draft Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) for this requirement has been revised. Draft PBSOW Revision 1 adds "Public Use" language to Draft PBSOW "Scope" Section 2.0, paragraph 2.5 and revises Aircraft and Radar Performance Specification language/requirements in Draft PBSOW Section 3.0, paragraphs 3.0 through 3.3. See revised Draft PBSOW sections 2.0 and 3.0 for further information. Note: Any company that has previously submitted a capabilities package in response to this notice may submit a revised capabilities package in response to this Amendment (Amendment 4), if necessary. All responses must be submitted by the above specified response date and time.
