- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NY City: Horseheads Delineated Area: North: Colonial Road starting at Chambers Road, go east into Sing Sing Road into Route 17 East: Miracle Mile Road (Route 14) South: Conrail Railroad Tracks of Route 17 West: Big Flats Road East from Conrail Tracks into Chambers Road South Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,928 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,424 Space Type: Office; Retail Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Not Applicable Additional Requirements: Space on a single floor is preferred. Space must be one contiguous block of space. Space must be above ground level and must be serviced by at least two (2) elevators, one of which may serve as a freight elevator. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
