- This is an update to the modification of the synopsis entitled, WALLOPS INSTITUTIONAL CONSOLIDATED CONTRACT FOLLOW ON NNG11367416R which was posted on June 4, 2012. You are notified that the following change is made: Based on the number of questions received to date, we are finalizing the RFP and expect to have it released on or before October 24, 2012. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
