- Hay (1500 Tons) WH&B CORRALS The Government currently plans to issue Solicitation L12PS00577 on or about 27 Jun 2012. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Small Businessunder NAICS code 111940, with a size standard of $0.75. This acquisition is for 1500 tons of certified hay. The contractor shall provide all labor. The performance period is 30 days after award. All contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive an award. The evaluation factors for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation are: Price. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Governments Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedconnect.net. and FedBizOps. This solicitation will be available by Internet only and solicitation documents will not be available by any other means.
