- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis is for a firm-fixed price contract for 7 EA Water Anchor Kits to be delivered to 2002 S. Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. These will be used to properly secure our BASE X 305 tents on a hard surface such as concrete or asphalt. Proposals will be submitted to the Contracting Officers address via email. The solicitation will be posted electronically and may be viewed at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. Award will be made on best value to the government with quality and design features being equal to price. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. All potential offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ IAW 252.232-7003, all invoices must be submitted via WAWF. It is mandatory that you use this E-Invoicing system to ensure timely payment of your invoice.WAWF is a web-based tool for the processing of invoices/receiving reports. The web site for this system is https://wawf.eb.mil. All firms must identify the status of their firm as a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, emerging small business, 8(a) business, woman owned business, or veteran owned business.
