1.Change Dental Clinic to read Eye Clinic. 2.Change the construction cost range for the project to read between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. 3.Add to the evaluation criteria that will be used during the A/E selection process, No. 6. Firms given special preference that are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business must be "verified" in VetBiz as a SDVOSB or VOSB. The selection of the A/E firms shall be in accordance with the Brooks Act, FAR Part 36.6, and FAR Part 2.101. The selected A/E firms shall have in house expertise in healthcare planning and design. 4.www.randmcnally.com will be used in determining the distance between the A/E firms working office and the VA Medical Center, Baltimore, Maryland 21230.
