- Statement of Work Certified Food Procedures Certified Food Bid Sheet - Attachment 1 Fourth Quarter Clauses RFQ0020Kosher Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Estill, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation RFQP03051200020 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE -Kosher. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin July 2, 2012 through September 30, 2012 (with exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC 29918. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 22, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Easter Standard Time. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included. The solicitation will be available on or after June 11, 2012, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
