Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 7th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to seek qualified sources capable of providing a Motorola KVL 300 PLUS Dyess Air Force Base, TX. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No paper copies will be issued and requests for solicitations will not receive a response. Any information submitted is voluntary. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT request. Interested businesses are required to submit their statement of interest and capabilities, along with business size to the 7th Contracting Squadron, ATTN: A1C Sean Williams, 381 3rd St. Dyess AFB, TX 79607. All responses are required not later than 18 June 2012 and may be mailed to the address above, faxed to 325-696-4084 or emailed to sean.williams2@dyess.af.mil. Motorola KVL 3000 PLUS Key Variable Loader (KVL) required to load encryption keys for all secure equipped radios containing DES-CFB, DES-XL, DES-OFB, DVP-CL, DVI-XL, and AES cryptographic applications in ASTRO mode and DVI-XL in Demtria mode. Hardware used to store and transfer encryption keys from the Authentication Centre to Dimetra System infrastructure devices (i.e. Zone Controller) Hardware must provide technicians two types of key management: Advanced Securenet (ASN) Mode - ASN mode provides Physical Identifier (PID) key management. PID key management identifies a physical memory slot where a key variable is stored in a unit. ASTRO 25 Mode ? ASTRO 25 mode is an optional mode of operation in the KVL 3000 PLUS. ASTRO 25 mode provides Common Key Reference (CKR) key management. CKR key management is used with ASTRO digital for ASTRO 25 Conventional OTAR.
