- Description
- NASA Glenn Research Center plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for NASA GRC Education Support Services (ES2). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611710 and $7 Million, respectively. The anticipated release date of the DRAFT RFP is on 06/12/2012. The anticipated release date of the FINAL RFP is on or about 07/03/2012 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about 08/17/2012. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. An Industry Teleconference has been scheduled for Monday, June 18, 2012. Any interested parties MUST respond providing the requested information by no later than Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. EST to Ra-Deon.L.Kirkland@nasa.gov. The Industry Teleconference Information Letter is attached to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA Business Opportunities home page is http://procurement.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/EPS/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). All contractual technical questions must be submitted in writing (e-mail or fax). Telephone questions will not be accepted.
