The Co n t r actor s h a ll perform Preliminary and Detailed Design for the Navig a t i on Timing Interface Module (NTIM) in support of the refresh activities for the Mk 98 Mod 6 /7 Fire Contr o l System. T he effort s hall be performed in accordance w ith the requirements of OD 68599 (all versions thro u gh authentication ), Program Plan for the the Mk 98 Mod 6/7 Refresh Fire C o ntrol System (FCS) and in accordance with the T90 0 1 B checklist dated February 1 7, 2011, F ire Co n trol and Aux Typ e, Development Phase. Nego t i ation s w i ll be c o nducted w ith General Dynami c s A d v a nced Infor m a t i o n Systems (GO A l S ), Pittsfiel d, MA. GOAlS i s the s o le m a nufacturer of the U ni t ed States and United Kingdom TRIDENT (II) D5 Strate gic W e apon S y s tem (SW S ) Fire C o nt r o l System and the only source w ith the in-depth knowledge, e xp e rti se, and in-p l ace capa b ili ty to perform t h e r e q ui r ed e ffort.
