- Solicitation No. H98210-12-R-0026 dated 11 Jun 2012 The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a contract on a competitive basis to provide full-service marketing and advertising services for the Joint Advertising, Market Research, and Studies (JAMRS). A detailed description of the requirement, CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-12-R-0026 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-58 effective 18 May 2012 and DPN 20120522 effective 22 May 2012. This requirement is being advertised on an unrestricted basis; there is no set-aside. The NAICS code is 541810 and the small business size standard is $14 million. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements Contract. The Period of Performance shall be date of award through one year with five 12-month option periods. Delivery shall be designated on each individual delivery/task order. FOB Destination. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation no later than (NLT) 2:00 PM Eastern on 01 Aug 2012. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date.
