- GSA Multiple Award Schedule 23V, Automotive Superstore, Solicitation FFAH-C2- 990235-B Refresh 12. The current Refresh June 11, 2012, is hereby issued to the Schedule 23V Automotive solicitation FFAH-C2-990235-B to update and change some clauses. NEW OFFER SUBMISSIONS: An offer received after June 11, 2012, MUST be submitted using the Refresh 12 solicitation dated June 11, 2012. An offer received after June 11, 2012 using any previous refresh solicitation will be rejected. A rejected offer will not be returned to the offeror. The offeror is strongly encouraged to read the "Read Me First" document prior to submitting its offer. This document contains important information including a checklist of all documents required to accompany your submission that may or may not be listed in the e-offer system.
