Description

Naval Air Warfare Training System Division (NWACTSD) intends to issue a bridge extension contract up to nine months for the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract N61339-03-D-5016 Delivery Order 0007 that was awarded to Delex Systems, Inc. This contract provides Revision and Maintenance(R&M) support for for EA-18G, EP3 and E6B USMC/ Navy Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) aircrew and fleet users courseware at the following sites: NAS Whidbey Island, Washington, NAS Jacksonville, Florida and Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The purpose of this extension and contract value increase is to provide support while a new contract is in the process of re-solicitation and award. The proposed bridge extension would add an additional period of performance to the EA-18G, EP3 and E6B USMC/ Navy Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) (EA-6B USMC excluded) contract from September 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013. The total estimated cost plus fixed fee will be increased by $1.1M. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Justification and Approval will be published once reviewed/redacted.
