Description: The contract shall have firm fixed price contract line item numbers (CLINs). Delivery of the Technical Tractor shall be FOB Destination US Depot, DLA Distribution Europe, BLDG 7525, Vorwerk Friedrich, 67360 Lingenfeld. More detailed delivery information will be identified in the solicitation. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, and 13. The anticipated award date is 3 July 2012. Specific requirement details as well as the Specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) number W564KV-12-T-0068 to be issued on or about 22 June 2012 to close 30 days after the RFQ issue date. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database to receive and contract award or payment. The CCR website is Http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201 prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the CCR may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation, and all invoices and payments will be made using the Wide Area Work Flow System (WAWF). All Responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses shall include all information requested in the written RFQ.
