Capabilities packages EXTENDED TO 13 JUNE 2012 11:00am Response to Sources Sought industry questions for solicitation number W91WAW-12-R-0130 The Sources Sought posted 23 May 2012, has hereby been amended to include the following: 1.Responses to questions received from industry: Question: Who currently performs this work for the ARMY, and is there one service provider, or a combination or mix of staff agencies. Answer: CALIBRE, INC -- supporting this effort for 12 years. Question: Is there an equipment purchase required for work station support components, or will that be GFI? Answer: NO Question: Will there be an Industry Day or forum for potential RFI/RFQ responders to ask questions? Answer: NO Question: Who is providing enterprise management? Answer: CALIBRE, INC Question: What is the ratio for data management administrative services, government to contractor? Answer: The current ratio for this programs branch is 1:1 Question: What branch of DAMO-FMF is this initiative supporting, or who is the LTC in charge. Answer: Programmed Branch, G-37/FMF and the Initiatives and Stationing Division, G-37/FMI Question: Will there be a requirement to maintain a capacity to sustain a negative cash flow for short periods of time, if so, for how long and for how much funding? Answer: NO Question: The Competition Type is still listed as 'Undetermined'. Has this been updated to date? If not, what are the possibilities for this to be offered under a Small Business Set-Aside? Answer: This sources sought notice is to determine if a small business is capable of meeting the requirements of the PWS. 2.Offerors should provide sufficient information in their capability packages that demonstrate their ability to obtain a rating of Acceptable. Capability Packages will be evaluated by the Government for all responses: a.Offeror's capability b.Offeror's experience and/or qualification c.Offeror's understanding of the requirement Capability packages will be rated as "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable".
