Description

Yellowstone National Park (YNP) has a requirement entitled: Yellowstone National Park (YNP) Fire Suppression System. The requirement consists of providing and installing a Clean Agent Suppression System in IT Rooms of the HRC Building (Gardiner, Montana) and Building 36 (Mammoth Hot Springs). The magnitude of construction is between $25,000-$100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) and the small business size standard is $14.0 million dollars. This is a competitive small business set aside for the award of one firm-fixed-price contract. Request for Quotes (RFQ) P12PS21612 will be issued on approximately June 13, 2012 but may be issued on, before, or after June 13, 2012. The quote due date and time will be contained in the RFQ and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. Information pertaining to the site visit will be included in the RFQ. All evaluation factors for award will be included in the solicitation. Objectives: Contract electrical work for the installation of 2 (two) Clean Agent Suppression Systems. The project includes the HRC Building basement IT Room with a total of approximately 1,925 cu.ft. and the Building 36 2nd Floor IT Room with approximately 1,384 cu.ft.
