Description
BPD-AFRW-12-CI-0005 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation BPD-AFRW-12-CI-0005 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The NAICS code is 339113 and the size standard is 500 empployees. This is solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH-W) located in Washington, DC has a requirement for Medical Supplies to support the needs of its residents. Contractor provided services shall include, but not be limited to an innovative service model designed to control, support and manage the medical supplies at the AFRH. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
