Description

Sources sought for process/system design (to include Native healthcare facilities in Alaska in the process) and implementation of such for identification and registration of Alaskan Native American Veterans into the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare system. The VISN 20 VA office in Anchorage, AK is seeking businesses interested and capable of designing and implementing above listed process and program. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, process and system design with Native Alaskan Tribes capabilities, identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Also, state if you currently have a Federal Supply Schedule Contract or a VA contract that this service falls under. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quote shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 541611 and the small business size standard is $14 million USD.
