Questions and Answers posted and this requirement is no longer 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Requirement is now Full and Open Competition. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture, is seeking contractor(s) to provide services for the collection of rangeland data on selected sample sites (points) for the National Resources Inventory (NRI), Rangeland Field Study in Colorado. The intent of the Agency is to solicit the most efficient and effective manner to complete the requirements of this inventory. The performance period is estimated to begin June 2012 and ends September 2012. The contract may include options for future years.
