- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with limited sources under authority of FAR 6.302, Only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to purchase services to repair/connect power to SCADA, to support current government compatible equipment at Robins AFB. EFACEC ACS, Inc. is the only source of this compatible software and therefore meeting this requirement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334290 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 750 Repair/Connect Power to SCADA Units Requested: 1 ea. Solicitation #: F3Q2AD2111A002 MFR: EFACEC ACS, Inc. Justification for Sole Source: A requirement exists for the services of repairing and connecting power to SCADA, the compatability issues with the unit under test makes EFACEC ACS, Inc. the only source for these items. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Quotations should be emailed to Jasmine Powell (jasmine.powell@robins.af.mil) no later than 15 June 2012, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 30 June 2012. Please do not request award status prior to this date. In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
