Description

To establish a contract for the purpose of Asbestos screening, the contractor shall provide B-Reader services to include administrative and clinical services for employees of the VA Medical Center, Marion, Illinois, located at 2401W. Main St. Marion, IL 62959. Contractor shall provide competent, timely, and quality Wet X-ray imaging services to all designated employees of the VA, in the performance of contract requirements. Contractor shall provide all services specified in this contract for any person deemed eligible by the Marion VA Chief of Staff or Director, Primary Care, regardless of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of the person for whom such services are ordered. The Contractor further warrants that he/she will not resort to subcontracting as a means of circumventing this provision.
