Description

SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 333415 size standard of 750. Contractor shall be required to perform all work defined under the scope referenced to the removal of the existing fuel oil furnace in the Raystown Lake Dam maintenance building and the installation of a new high efficiency air to air heat pump with high efficiently electric 15KW auxiliary heat for extreme low temps. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to cheley.auguste@usace.army.mil No Later than 18 June 2012, 4:00 pm EST. Bids not proposals can be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Room 7000 ATTN: Cheley Auguste, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about June 07, 2012, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
