- The U.S. General Services Administration seeks to lease approximately 9,000 rentable square feet in Los Angeles, CA. The offered space and lease must meet the following requirements: Term: Governments seeks to lease space for 10 years, 5 years firm. Lease: The lease shall be full service. The lease will be based on the U.S. General Services Administration's standard lease. Size: The offered space must be no less than 8,900 RSF and no more than 9,000 RSF. Location: Space shall be located in Los Angeles, CA inside or directly adjacent to the area bounded by: North : Beverly Blvd. East : Crenshaw Blvd. to Wilshire Blvd. to Wilton Pl. South : Pico Blvd. West : La Cienega Blvd. Building: The offered space shall be in modern quality Class A building located within a walkable half-mile of a variety of restaurants, public transit options, and other commercial entities such as banks, dry cleaners, etc. Offered space must be of efficient configuration (e.g., space shall not be more than twice as long as it is wide). Safety: The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ADA), and seismic standards. Offered space must have elevator access if located above the first floor. Offered space must not be located in a base (100) year flood plain. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or their executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement.
