- Description
- The U.S. government requires the lease of materials and labor services to provide, set up, and tear down tents, tent flooring and cots to be operational and ready for use at Thebephatshwa Air Base, Gaborone, Botswana from 26 July to 19 August 2012. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services according to the attached Performance Work Statement. The exercise will consist of 1,400 presonnel. Cot requirement will only be for 700 personnel. Tents: Provide a quantity of Ten (10),15 meter x 36 meter, 5 meter high. Includes set up and tear down from 26 July 2012 to 19 August 2012. Flooring: Provide Flooring for the above ten(10) 15m x 36m tents made from a heavy duty material that will withstand heavy baggage and cots being moved on it. Includes set up and tear down from 26 July 2012 to 19 August 2012. Cots: Provide 700 Sleeping cots. 1935mm(l)x 725mm(w) x 420mm(h), able to support a minimum of 250 lbs. The cots are to be set up inside the tents in rows. A diagram will be provided prior to cot set-up. Includes set up and tear down from 26 July 2012 to 19 August 2012.
