Description

This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.nay.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of a synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD). Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to procure on an unrestricted basis a firm fixed price purchase order. Need to provide CertainTeed ceiling tiles. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within twenty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
