- Wage Determination Fall Protection Systems Appendix C Safety Appendix A Fall Protection Systems Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Performance Work Statement (PWS) Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a contract to Flexible Lifeline Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, the Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) specifications, Personal Protective (PP) clothing, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment, reflective clothing and any incidentals necessary to provide Annual Inspection and Re-certification of the Fall Protection Systems located in 76 AMXW Wing Group at Tinker AFB OK. The contractor shall also perform Remedial Maintenance on FLS Fall Protection Systems only. (See Appendix A). The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the safety requirements for Personal Fall Arrest Systems, Subsystems and Components; ANSI Z359, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), manufactuer's equipment specifications and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with a Time and Material Line Item is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 15 June 2012 - 14 June 2013 with two (2) option periods. The estimated award date is 8 June 2012. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov.
