Description
The work includes but is not limited to the following: Establish controlled work area for each phase of work,, Remediate /dispose of materials that may be water damaged or contaminated by mold spores, including GWB, insulation, acoustical ceiling tile, carpet and all other materials. Build back all remediated area to match existing materials/finishes. Remove/replace all resilient wall base molding. Remove existing calk materials. Remove and replace all of the interior/exterior gaskets, caulking, insulated sealed glass units. TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE NAICS 562910- business size standard - cannot exceed $14 million for the firms last three fiscal years To be placed on the mailing list, please submit a request in writing via Email to c.o.shepard@faa.gov or fax to (816) 329-3137. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of transportation (DOT), Office Of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, have programs to assist small Businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically Disadvantaged individuals and women-owned concerts to acquire capital and bonding Assistance for transportation -related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT Short Term receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
