Description

The National Park Service (NPS), Wupatki National Monument, requires roof and electrical system rehabilitation for the visitor center. The proposed contract will be firm fixed price (FFP) and set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the size standard is $14.0M. The contractor will be required to rehabilitate the roof and electrical system at the visitor center. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, vehicles, and other items and services necessary to complete the work. A solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 6-20-12. The solicitation will close on or about 7-20-12. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this website to download applicable documents and check for amendments. Award is anticipated on or about 8-30-12. Performance will be at Wupatki National Monument and estimated at 90 days. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with NPS are requested to register at the National Business Center (NBC) at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To receive any contract award, contractors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ and complete electronic annual representations and certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov. See numbered note 1. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the solicitation. All responses must be submitted in writing to the Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office (AZ MABO), 1824 S. Thompson St. #200, Flagstaff AZ 86001-2693.
