- Description
- Contractor shall provide all personnel, material, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to provide Laundry and Dry Cleaning services for the 914 AW, Niagara Falls ARS, NY 14304. Items include, but are not limited to, government owned bed linens, bath and hand towels and uniform items. The contract period is anticipated to be five years, including one base year and four (4) twelve month option years commencing in 13 Aug 2012. A performance-based firm fixed price (FFP) service contract is anticipated. Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812320 with a small business size standard of $5 million. The successful contractor will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically/Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, resulting in the Best Value for the Government. Potential bidders should request RFP package FA6670-12-R-0004 in writing, by email (murray.taylor2@us.af.mil) or facsimile (716-236-2357). Tentative issue date on or about 8 Jun 2012, with the RFP closing date approximately 30 days thereafter. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and also the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
