- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase Order for 2012 American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) Community Asthma and COPD Coalitions Symposium, to be held in conjunction with the annual ACCP meeting in Atlanta, GA (October 24-25, 2012) 1. Posted Date: May 22, 2012 Procurement Office: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Headquarters Procurement Operations Division, (3803R) 1200 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20460 Response Date: May 25, 2012 NAICS ? 813920. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Radiation and Indoor Air (ORIA), Indoor Environments Division (IED), under the authority of the Federal Acquisition rules (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price Purchase Order for $20,000.00 to the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) for co-sponsorship (to include expert facilitation, supporting the design and implementation of sessions on the Communities in Action online network) of the 2012 ACCP Community Asthma and COPD Coalitions Symposium. The 2012 American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) Community Asthms and COPD Coalitions Symposium to be held in Atlanta, GA on October 24-25, 2012. The 2012 Symposium will feature successful education approaches, effective community practice for health care providers caring for people with asthma. The Symposium will also feature detailed content on EPA?s Communities in Action for Asthma Friendly Environments Initiative. The ACCP will assist in developing the agenda, organizing speaker panels, recruiting coalition members from across the country and acquiring space for the Symposium. The EPA will participate in the design of Symposium sessions, including developing content on the Communities in Action revamped online Network, will participate in a facilitation capicity, and will receive copies of the Symposium presentations. EPA will make the presentations available electronically to the Communities in Action online
