- The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to Jones Lang LaSalle American, Inc. (JLL), 1801 K St NW STE 1000, Washington DC 20006-4044. The contract will be for financial analyst that will apply knowledge of financial principles, theories and concepts including business and commercial practices in support of the APG Residential Communities Initiative Office. JLL has the unique knowledge and experience to the complexities of the APG RCI program and their associated financials structures and model. JLL was originally involved as an advisor in the development of the Community Development and Management Plan (CDMP), development phase of APG's RCI project. The contract will be for a base year and two (2) option years. GSA: 23F-0289N. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, June 7, 2012. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
