- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for masonry repairs at the VA Medical Center Northampton, MA, Project Number 631-09-115. Work includes general construction, alterations, site prep, including demolition and restoration of building 1 and 25 to perform work for Project 631-09-115, Rehabilitate Masonry on Building 1 and 25, as required by drawings and specifications at the VA Medical Center North Hampton, 421 North Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053-9764. The construction cost range for this project is between $$500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238140 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factor of management approach and past performance. The solicitation package will be available issued on June 15, 2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for July 13, 2012 at 12:00 pm. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation is set aside for verified service disabled veteran owned small businesses. All SDVOSBs shall be verified in Vet Biz at time of proposal submission. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
