ACH Paymnt Form Representations & Certifications Trade Agreements Certificate Trade Agreements May2012 Specification CID A A 59708 Solicitation & Cover Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2093-12 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System code is 314912 Canvas & Related Products Mills, the size standard is 500. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a two-year, firm-fixed-price with 2 one-year options, Requirements type contract for the following commercial item: Fabric, Duck, Cotton, Camo-Green # 483, used for the manufacture of a mechanics tool bag for sale to the General Services Administration (GSA) and other federal agencies.
