Sources Sought notice #VA249-12-R-0011 is hereby amended to reflect the following changes: 1.)Under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 541, this requirement will be procured pursuant to the Brooks Act of 1972, in accordance with FAR subpart 36.6. 2.)Responses to this Sources Sought notice are due Thursday June 7, 2012 by 2:00pm EST. 3.)The classification code related to this notice is "C", Professional Architectural & Engineering services. 4.)The NAICS code is 541310 with a small business size standard of $4.5M. 5.)Firms desiring consideration must submit three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy on compact disc in "pdf" file format. 6.)This procurement action is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns in accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127 (d). 7.)Submission of SF330 packages must be sent Roxie Ann Keese, Contracting Officer; 800 Zorn Avenue Louisville, Kentucky 40206-1433. 8.)The primary POC has changed from Riyadh Saud to Roxie Ann Keese. All correspondence, inquiries and other matters relating to this notice should be sent to the POC listed in item #4 above.
