- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO GEORGE OBIYOR. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-M, George Obiyor, Contract Specialist, or Jennifer Jackson, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-313-8194. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Electrical Pallet Assembly, Input NSNs: 6110-01-595-4242, 6110-01-597-1482, Input P/ Ns: 70A144-1, 70A144-2 and Output NSN: 6110-01-597-1482, Output P/N: 70A144-2 in support of the UH-60 Aircraft. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 5 each, maximum quantity of 120 each that includes 20 each for FMS. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) available for the overhaul of this item. This item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and cannot be met by commercial item. Therefore, FAR Part 12 will not be used. The only known source of overhaul for the item is Enviro Systems, Inc. This item is restricted to Enviro Systems, Inc, Cage Code 0B9E8, 12037 N Highway 99, Seminole, OK 74868 the only known source of overhaul for the Electrical Pallet Assembly. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This requirement is currently unfunded. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
