This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about June 15, 2012 to remove and dispose of all built-up roofing, insulation layers, etc. and install a new roofing system on Buildings 11, 12, & 33 at the Syracuse VAMC per the Contract Specifications, Project No. 528A7-12-734. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to remove and dispose of all built-up roofing, insulation layers, etc. and install a new roofing system on Buildings 11, 12, & 33 per the drawings, specifications, and statement of work. Work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238160. The small business standard is $14.0 M. The cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
