Description

The purpose of this amendment is to include the DOL Wage Determination that was not attached to the original solicitation and to extend the due date of all proposals/responses to June 6, 2012, 4:30 p.m. CST. The solicitation number is VA263-12-Q-0383 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All other terms and conditions indicated in the original synopsis/solicitation remain in full force. One signed copy of this form must accompany quotes to signify acknowledgement and acceptance. Offerors who previously provided a quote may respond with a new quote or provide a statement that the current quote is still valid.
