- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in San Angelo, TX, that will be expiring. General Services Administration (GSA) requires lease space as follows: State: San Angelo City: TX Delineated Area: Within the city limits of San Angelo, TX Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,880 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,880 Space Type: Office and related Parking Spaces (Total): As required by local code Parking Spaces (Surface): - Parking Spaces (Structured): - Parking Spaces (Reserved): - Full Term: 10 years (120-months) Firm Term: 5 years (60-months) Option Term: - Additional Requirements: • Accessibility to public transportation = within 600 feet (or two blocks) from the building entrance • Access from major highways in the area • Space shall be on the ground floor, shall be contiguous, and one level without being split by a public corridor or firewalls • The government reserves the right to install a satellite dish and/ or antenna The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain.
