- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center West Palm Beach intends to issue a Request for sealed bids for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision and all other items and services necessary to replace both interior and exterior signage located on the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center campus. This IFB will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard $14,000,000. This Pre solicitation notice is not a request for competitive bids and no solicitation documents will be issued at this time. It is anticipated that the Request for Bids will be issued on or before May 11, 2012 at which time all details concerning this solicitation will be released.
